Motherhood Ayurveda Medical College organized a medical camp at Kunja Bahadarpur, Roorkee, on September 12, 2025, to celebrate World Ayurveda Day with the theme "Ayurveda for People and Planet". The camp was guided by Hon'ble Director General Prof. Dr. Narendra Sharma and supervised by Principal Prof. Dr. Mayank Jain, Vice Principal Prof. Dr. Piyush Kapil, and Dr. Nitin Kumar.
Key Highlights:
- *Medical Services*: Dr. Mohita from the Panchkarma department, Dr. Asha from Kayachikitsa, and Dr. Parul from Shalakya provided free services to the general public.
- *Patient Consultation*: A total of 110 patients were consulted during the camp.
- *Yoga and diet consultancy* : yoga and specific diets were also included with treatment for patients by Dr Nitin Kumar (Swasthvrit dep.)
- *Supporting Staff*: Chief Pharmacist Mr. Lokesh, paramedical staff Mrs. Prachi, and hospital interns accompanied the camp.
This event aligns with the global celebration of Ayurveda Day, which aims to promote Ayurveda's potential in healthcare and its benefits for people and the planet.
