MAMC celebrated the 77th Republic Day on 26 January 2026 with immense pride and patriotic fervor. The celebrations commenced with the flag unfurling ceremony, during which Director General Prof. Dr. Narendra Sharma unfurled the national flag in the presence of Principal Prof. Dr. Piyush Kapil, Vice Principal Prof. Dr. Geeta Joshi, faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students. The atmosphere resonated with patriotism as everyone stood united and sang the National Anthem.
Addressing the gathering, Director General Prof. Dr. Narendra Sharma emphasized the vital role of the younger generation in nation-building. He highlighted the sacrifices and contributions of young freedom fighters and the bravery of the heroes of the Kargil War, inspiring everyone to uphold the values of dedication, discipline, and responsibility towards the nation.
The celebrations also featured a spirited Tiranga Rally, in which students and faculty members marched from the MAMC campus in Roorkee, proudly waving the national flag and chanting patriotic slogans. The rally showcased collective enthusiasm, unity, and love for the nation, filling the campus with a sense of pride and national spirit.
