Motherhood Ayurveda Medical College, Uttarakhand, takes immense pride in announcing that Ms. Anayada Shekhnag (BAMS 2nd Professional) has been selected for the prestigious CCRAS SPARK 4.0 (2025–26) Studentship Programme.
Her selected research proposal, titled “Cross-Sectional Study on Screen Time as a Nidana for Nidra, Agni and Manasika Vikara with a pilot Nidana-Parivarjana Intervention,” focuses on exploring the impact of screen time as a causative factor in disturbances of sleep, digestion, and psychological health from an Ayurvedic perspective, along with a pilot intervention based on the principle of Nidana-Parivarjana.
The project is being undertaken under the esteemed patronage of Prof. (Dr.) Piyush Kapil, Principal and HOD, Kayachikitsa, and under the academic guidance of Dr. Chitra Kapoor, Associate Professor, Roga Nidana Evam Vikriti Vigyan.
