Motherhood Ayurveda Medical College successfully organized its Annual Sports Day on 12th and 13th March 2026, witnessing active participation and vibrant enthusiasm among students and faculty.
The event was formally inaugurated by Director General MAMC,Prof. Dr. Narendra Sharma and Controller of examination, UAU,Prof. (Dr.) O.P. Singh, Principal Prof.(Dr.) Piyush Kapil, Vice Principal Prof.(Dr.) Geeta Joshi and all faculty members who encouraged students to maintain a balance between academics and physical fitness.
The Sports Committee and Sports Club of the college headed by Dr.Nitin Kumar and Dr.Deepshikha Raturi played a pivotal role in organizing and managing the entire event, ensuring smooth coordination, discipline, and high energy throughout the two days. Their efforts were instrumental in creating an engaging and competitive environment.
A wide range of athletic events such as races, shot put, and long jump were conducted, showcasing students’ strength and stamina. Team sports including volleyball, kho-kho, tug of war, and badminton added excitement and team spirit to the occasion. Indoor games like chess and carrom also saw enthusiastic participation, highlighting strategic thinking and mental agility among students.
