A National-Level Herbal Cosmetic Products Preparation Workshop was successfully organized at Motherhood Ayurveda Medical College (MAMC) on 17th and 18th March 2026. The workshop was conducted by Seminar Comittee under the guidance of Director General Prof (Dr) Narendra Sharma along with Principal Prof Dr Piyush Kapil, Vice Principal Prof Dr Geeta Joshi and faculty members. The renowned expert Dr. Vijay Kimatata, along with his team members Mr. Faizal and Ms. Vaishnavi shared their knowledgeable experience.
The two-day workshop included comprehensive theoretical sessions covering the fundamentals of herbal cosmetology, followed by hands-on practical training. Participants were actively involved in the preparation of various herbal cosmetic products such as shampoo, lip balm, cream, and soap, gaining valuable practical exposure and technical skills.
The event received an overwhelming response, with more than 60 delegates from different states participating enthusiastically. The workshop proved to be highly informative and enriching, enhancing the knowledge and skills of the attendees in the field of herbal cosmetic formulation.
Overall, the workshop was a great success and marked an important step in promoting practical learning and awareness in the domain of herbal cosmetics.
